Hirscher, Borssen win parallel slalom in Moscow

MOSCOW (AP) — Marcel Hirscher of Austria won the second edition of the parallel slalom Champions Cup on a giant ramp in a promotion of Alpine ski events for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.

Olympic building program nails down jobs for women, inner city youth, aboriginal people

Esther Weng has a bachelor of fine arts degree but had a tough time finding work after returning home from San Francisco last year. Now she builds wood products for the 2010 Olympics and hopes to design her own furniture one day.
